A man evolves from his childhood as a result of his own parents, influencing relatives, teachers, other influencing personalities, the community he lives in, the society, the religion, and the events that he encounter.
Of all, I strongly feel a teacher can make all the difference.
I wanted to be a teacher. But I did not become one, by profession. I also hear from others that they wanted to become one, but they did not.
The teachers I know of, are proud to be one - despite their living standards, professional standards.
The education system is not just the teaching methodology.
The education system is not just the fee structure.
The education system is not about the teaching standards.
The education system is not about the qualifications, promotions and pay scales.
Have you often told yourself, and probably heard from others too, "What I learnt in my school and college, is not being applied in my work environment".
Probably you are a parent; and you often complained that your kid is learning complex things and also do a lot of home assignments.
And as a adult, we go through painful experiences in our middle age and we did not learn the fundamental survival skills in any form during schooling.
